MyChartWriter has the ability to manually edit the generated sentences to further accommodate rare findings. The data entry for a clause can be omitted or default/sentences can be selected by a single click of the default button. All clinical data are stored in the clinical repository and available for report generation and analysis. Each template has it's own customized style sheet to customize report format and layout. Authorized reports are automatically filed in patient's Electronic Medical Chart and are available for viewing, printing, etc. Authorized reports can be automatically faxed to the referring physicians or to the hospitals. A log is maintained for Faxes sent to the relevant parties.
